Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account delays caused by payment and authorisation.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to re-direct orders once items have been dispatched.
Because customs policies vary from country to country, orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. This cost is not included in our freight cost. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance.
