If you need to replace broken components, you can order separate parts on our website. If you want to save on delivery you can even pick up your items for free at our Melbourne or London offices.

Was your KeepCup glass damaged during delivery?
We will replace any KeepCup glass broken while in transit, or within 30 days of purchase. Please complete the following steps to receive a replacement:
1. Send our friendly customer service team a photo of the broken glass
2. Include your proof of purchase and address details
3. Retain the other parts as we only replace damaged components
